The work:

You will play a central role on this team, driving the design, architecture, and delivery of modern software solutions. This position requires deep expertise across the AWS ecosystem, Python, agentic and GenAI tools, API design, and front-end development using React. The ideal candidate blends hands-on engineering excellence with architectural leadership, enabling the team to rapidly build, iterate, and scale innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of full stack applications across AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Design, build, and optimize back-end services, APIs, and automation using Python and modern cloud-native patterns.
- Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React and modern front-end frameworks, with strong attention to user experience and visual design.
- Integrate and leverage agentic AI workflows, GenAI tooling, and LLM-based.

Here's what you need:

Requires 7+ years experience and a Bachelors Degree.
Hands-on experience in Python for back‑end development.
Experience integrating and applying agentic AI workflows, GenAI tooling, and LLM‑based systems.
Proven ability to own end‑to‑end architecture of full‑stack applications, guiding design decisions and ensuring alignment across engineering teams.
Ability to iterate quickly and drive innovation in fast‑moving environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across teams.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
