Technical Lead – Data Modernization (Java + AWS) || Raleigh, NC

We are looking for a Technical Lead to support a large data modernization initiative. This role involves guiding development teams, working closely with project managers, and helping migrate legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams
• Support technical delivery across multiple data pipelines
• Design and develop Java-based, cloud-native applications
• Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines
• Work with AWS services for scalable solutions
• Perform code reviews and ensure best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring, and Hibernate
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• ETL/data pipeline development experience
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Experience with application modernization/migration
• Agile/Scrum experience

Nice to Have:

• AWS Certification
• Experience with Power BI or AWS QuickSight
